As our Knowledge Management Consultant you will be responsible for implementing our software solution into client sites and stay in touch with them to helping them make full use of all features. Our customers will be looking for you to help them introduce best practice knowledge management into their customer service environment.
The role will require up to 3 days travel to our client sites across Australia.
Cert 4 in Training and Assessment or experience as a Knowledge Manager will help you be successful in the role but it is not essential.
